Cranial massage:   one hour of massage on your head/neck including myofascial release of the cranial muscles, cranial balancing holds, TMJ dysfunction work if needed, and neck massage for relaxation.  This is great for headaches/migraines and allergy sufferers  $100

Raindrop Technique:  Deeply relaxing aromatherapy with the intention of giving you an immune system boost by using specific massage strokes that help the oils to go deep into your lymphatic system. Add on to any massage - $20

LaSTONE:  75 minutes of way out there deeply relaxing hot/cold stone massage.  I refer clients to this almost ceremomial technique when there is a change in lifestyle (marriage, divorce, becoming a new parent, career change, retirement, etc.).  After you have set your intention during your time of relaxation, you may notice blockages shifting through the use of both hot and cold stones during the full body massage..  I deviate somewhat from the Original LaStone massage. $150

Reflexology:  one hour of foot, hand, and ear massage working specific points that relate to organs and muscles of the whole body.  This is good for those who cannot tolerate touch to their body due to pain, ticklishness, or modesty but want to experience a modified form of touch and want to affect the whole body as a full body massage would.  $100

Infant massage:  I teach parents, family members, caretakers or anyone else with a baby up to age 5 who wants to learn to massage that child.  This is a wonderful way to connect through touch, encouraging weight gain and development.  30 minutes of instruction and 30 minutes of hands-on $50

MPS (microcurrent point stimulation):  one hour treating specific acupressure points following acupunture protocols, which  can make great progress in reducing or eliminating pain. $100

5NP - (5 Needle Protocol): Ear acupuncture of 5 specific points to alleviate the effects of trauma, pain, and addictions.- add on service $20

Detoxification treatment with massage - combination of Far Infrared Sauna, 5NP, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage for detoxing and weight loss 90 minutes total for $150
